I know the graphics card is the only bad thing, what I want to know is if you think that will get in the way of me playing with LOW settings?

The SiS will have issues with Guild Wars. One of the reasons is that it has proprietary 3D support and not "real" support. It basically emulates OpenGL or Direct3D, resulting in big perforance hits.
It's a piece, basically, and even a 6200 will make a HUGE difference in how you play the game. Those specs with a 6200 would net spectacular results...

Dude, GW isn't a very demanding game. I'm running a AMD 3000 clawhammer with a 9600 PRo. All settings on max. Plus my computer is a vent server for my guild. I don't lag or nothing.

Dell Inspiron laptop, 512 Mb ram, integrated Intel Graphics.
Slow-ish and stuttery on lowest graphics settings, kinda like D2 with medium dialup connection.
But.....playable But it's just the backup for the wife's comp

Alias, if you are going to spend $1500 on a computer, find someone that can build you one. You could have a MUCH better computer for that amount of money, than any brand name PC could offer. That's just my 2 cents.

If you buy that system from office max, maybe it would just be best to sink another $100 or so into an inexpensive graphics card and install it yourself. Its quite easy.
As an example, Radeon 9600XT $80:

With the system you are interested in and that video card you should be able to run all graphics settings at max.
